BLAMO TOYS RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

        Customer satisfaction is important to us. In the event that any unused, undamaged regular priced item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit (less shipping costs) or exchange, subject to item availability. BLAMO will provide adequate packing and is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. All non-returnable items will be clearly labeled in the product description. All return, credit, and exchange requests must be made within 15 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. All returned items must be accompanied by packaging slip. All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card). Your credit card account will be credited within 7 days upon receiving the return, assuming the item is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped. Your credit should appear on your next statement. If the return is a result of an error by BLAMO, your returned or exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via USPS.
